Been in line over an hour and a half. Ridiculous! !!!!! Where is management? The machines are not working, They should give us the merchandise for a lower price just for the time and aggravation.
Customer service was ify in women's dresses the African sales woman and her associate basically told us to go away. Luckily Ms.Reese and another associate were knowledgeable about the merchandise, fashion and were very helpful. The woman in the shoe department was very helpful as well. I spent my little $101.00 in Dillards on an outfit for my daughter. They won't be my 1st choice next time, maybe last resort.
Along with von maur dillards is my second favorite place to shop. The selections are many and priced right. The best mens big and tall store in the city!!!!.
