Experience was okay. Overall, not the cleanest theater. One of our seats had some sort of beverage spilled on it and there was popcorn in every seat I saw. This was in the XD cinema, mind you.
Went here a few weeks ago with my girlfriend. We were seeing "It". I am 22, but I look pretty young and expect to get carded. She is 20. This is an R film so you must be 18 or with a 21 year old to get in. Well the guy only carded her and automatically assumed I was under 18 and didn't look at me or cared to card me as he quickly refused to sell us tickets. He also assumed my gender on top of all of that. As I was already aggravated I said something to set him straight. Poor customer service. Don't be too quick to judge. Your job is to card everyone and not automatically assume things.
Horrible guest services. Dirty theatre with THE slowest concessions and attendants. Good luck finding anyone present at the wine stand. Assigned seats with no usher present. Lots of police officers present though.
Went to watch Ferdinand opening day, on a field trip, with my child. We did not visit the concessions or do anything other than watch the movie. It was a quick into the theater and find a seat, watch the movie and leave. The reclining seats are very nice and comfortable with a great amount of foot room so people can walk by to get to the aisle.
Dirty theater, will not let you use their own gift card to buy tickets online AND they charge you extra to buy your tickets online. You have to drive over there in advance and purchase your tickets because they have assigned seats and if you show up right before the movie, there are no good assigned seats left. Assigned seats for a movie is just ridiculous, the service is awful, and it's not even that nice of a theater. Xscape theater is MUCH better...no assigned seat nonsense either. Cinemark theaters here are going to lose a lot of money.
