They have horrible customer service by untrained commissioned employees. The Assistant Mgr Kristian is very rude. We were treated rudely in the store & opted not to purchase our loose sapphire from the store that turned out to be overly priced. We had already purchased our Neil Lane setting from Jared's website that needed a stone. After bad customer service & rude staff, we decided to go to The Shane Company where we were treated extremely well! The Natural Sapphire was Beautiful, nicely priced (a lot less than Jared tried to charge), bigger in total carat weight & the exact color that I wanted. They had the sapphires on hand for me to choose from...I did not have to wait for it to be ordered. Jared had to order the sapphires & they did not have a color wheel/catalog so it was a guessing game as to what color the sapphire would be when it arrived to the store. If you want great customer service & quality merchandise, just ride down the street to The Shane Company....they will definitely provide it & much more. They do not work on commission & they genuinely care about making you happy!
Derrick acting manager is a rude and unprofessional ass. Shannon is a rude unprofessional smart mouth Ass. Everything in that store is at Kay's except some watches you can order anywhere and Pandora you can order online. I'm never going back in that store unless those rude assholes are FIRED. They need new management. The people in there are acting a fool. There's no manager there hes out sick so the only ones in the store are assholes. They are foolish adolescents who need to be fired!!!

They'll lie to you and tell you you're getting 12 months/0% interest, then turn your balance over to a 3rd party company that will change the terms of the agreement and start charging you interest. And conveniently Jared plays dumb and says they can't find it in their system and to call Commenity bank and the bank just doesn't answer the phone when you call. Very shady place. Stay away.
Went to get my wife a emerald ring for her birthday was a great experience was able to browse around without someone breathing down my neck service was excellent and very professional they really go out of there way to make you feel at home with even a playroom for kids if you so happen to bring with you never felt pressured to buy like most places I've been i ended up picking a great ring that my wife loves and got the lifetime warranty they offer which made me feel even better about my purchase knowing that if somthing happens it will be replaced or fixed and 30 day refund or exchange. Jared is now my jewelry store for life
