Ive had nothing but trouble out of my rings. I got a bridal set in 2016 and the diamonds fell out numerous times, had to keep getting different rings because they wanted to exchange it instead of giving me my money back. Also they gave me a exchange it came back to the wrong size, it was supposed to be white gold but they gave me Sterling silver which has broke my hand out in a rash and now refusing to give me a refund. I didn't pay 1500 dollars for a set that I've gotten to wear may be 6 months out of 2 years!!!
This associate made us feel like we were wasting her time by making her do her job, which she CLEARLY LOATHES.
Excellent! I bought my ring from a different jewelry story but had it sized at Zales. A few days after I got the ring back a diamond fell out. Zales replaced it no charge and apoligized for the inconvience! Excellent service.
My boyfriend and I went ring shopping on Sunday afternoon. When we politely asked for help from an associate “whenever you get a chance, we’d like to look at some rings.” The associate in question came by a minute later, complaining that we had interrupted her from another sale.
Shameful display from a company I’ve known of my whole life but have never visited before. I will not return.
We were then professionally stink eyed and eye-rolled until we could take no further harassment and left.
I bought my wife's engagement ring from Zales forever ago. They were very helpful in helping me find a ring that was perfect. But unfortunately, the diamond had fallen out and we took it back here for repairs. I left my name and phone number so I could be reached when the repairs were finished. A little over a month goes by and I finally give them a call to check on the progress of the ring, they told me that the ring had been ready weeks ago and insisted that they called me and left a voicemail. I do not have this stores phone number in my "recent calls" nor do I have a voicemail. Both of which I check daily. I'm not saying they didn't make a call, but I will say the call was not made to me. I was happy with the service when I purchased the ring, but pretty unhappy with the servixe of the repairs. The attitude I received wasn't appreciated either.
